Victoria reported to me when I was the manager of the Knowledge Transfer team at Motorola. Our team produced release documentation and managed it in a configuration-controlled object base that allowed the KT team to release version-related software, documentation and training directly from the department’s Intranet website to any Motorola employee in the world with the correct login and password.
